Reminded about once upon a time

During college times in 2004, I made a presentation for Public Speaking Final entitled DEATH. One part of it showed that we may need only 1 cause for death. I showed a picture of a Ferries Wheel and  put a caption ‘one screw is missing’. At the end of this part I put a picture of the WTC Explosion when the second plane crashed. For this one I put ‘ONE HUMAN ERROR’. I wasn’t sure whom I pointed out as having the error back then, but now, after 4 years, I’m beginning to see other things and getting clear about the whole event…that it wasn’t of one human error…there were many human errors involved… and the list keeps getting longer. Even till now.
